Michelle C. Morris, Esq.

Hello, I'm Michelle. I love brands, intellectual property law (IP) and the entrepreneurial spirit.  I have considerable experience in many aspects of IP law and have represented a range of clients, from Fortune 50 companies to non-profit organizations and start-ups. My mission is to develop brand protection strategies for your budding (or thriving) business.

I have over fifteen years of broad legal experience that extends to all aspects of trademark and copyright counseling, portfolio management, licensing, and litigation in federal and state courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. I have worked with Fortune 50 companies, start-ups and everything in-between.

Prior to founding Launch IP, I was an attorney with Kenyon & Kenyon LLP, as well as Of Counsel to other New York IP boutique firms.
